Sale Terms & Conditions:

1. Sale is open to members of the public on Outright Sale or Tenant Purchase Terms.

2. Outright purchase terms i.e. down payment of 20% of the purchase price and balance thereof within 90 (ninety) days from the date of offer letter.

3. Tenant purchase terms i.e. down payment of 20% of the purchase price and balance thereof over a period of five (5) years at a revisable annual interest rate of thirteen (13) percent.

4. Sale is strictly on a first come first served basis and on fulfillment of the conditions herein.

5. Applicants are required to fill an application form and pay the requisite 20% deposit of the purchase price.

6. Deposit is payable to National Housing Corporation by Bankers cheque or direct bank transfer.

8. Unsuccessful applicants will be refunded their deposit without interest.
